The sales search allows you to select parcels based on criteria you provide. You
could, for example, search for all parcels that sold between 1/1/1998 and 12/31/1998.
Note : Try to use narrow criteria to keep the number of results managable.
For example, selecting all parcels that have sold between 1/1/1950 and 12/31/1998
will produce a very large and unusable result set.
